For more than 50 years, the PBC has served as the development agent for schools, libraries, parks, police stations, fire houses, city colleges, and other public facilities for the City of Chicago and Cook County at large. At year-end 2011, the PBC completed 17 projects and 2012 promises to be another robust construction year for them.
